Punch Cigars and Punch Cigarillos for decades have been gratifying smokers across the globe. Founded in 1840 in Cuba and afterwards the production of these cigars relocated to Honduras. The name Punch comes from a character named Punch in an English puppet show. They are available in America since 1969 and from that time on, Punch Cuban Cigars are known for their intense, rich flavor and extraordinary quality. Punch cigars are handmade with Cuban-seed tobaccos from Honduras, Dominican Republic and Nicaragua.
Punch cigars are full-bodied and made from Connecticut Broad leaf or Ecuador Sumatra Wrapper and Connecticut Binder. The wrapper surrounds a tasteful blend of Nicaraguan, Honduran and Dominican fillers. Punch cigars are known to be very flavorful and with their full strength, they are not recommended for novices, but for more experienced smokers who look for a specific strength in their cigar. The Punch Double Corona is particularly valued and desired, while the Punch Grand Cru is somewhat less strong, but still has flavor.
